We plan layouts, select and supply equipment, install and commission it, train operators, and provide maintenance and parts. Each configuration considers linen throughput, guest laundry, site conditions and budget.
We configure washers, dryers, flatwork ironing and finishing equipment, guest garment finishing equipment and auxiliary machines for the laundry workflow, followed by installation, commissioning and operator training.
When machines age, throughput changes or workflows need adjustment, we assess the installed equipment and site conditions and recommend updates or modifications.
We provide year-round maintenance services for high-end five-star hotels in Xi’an and surrounding areas. Our engineering team covers nearby cities within roughly three hours by high-speed rail, providing quarterly maintenance, comprehensive annual maintenance and urgent repairs. Actual arrival times depend on the project location, transport and service scheduling.
We use electronic service forms and a digital management system to record inspections, maintenance, fault resolution and parts replacement, creating a traceable equipment history. These records help customers assess equipment condition, plan maintenance and build a foundation for future data analysis and AI applications.
We have supplied complete laundry equipment systems, installation and related services to hotels operating under InterContinental, Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton brands. Equipment projects for Westin and Wyndham Grand hotels have been signed and are under implementation. We also serve other international-brand hotels and local boutique hotels.
